AP Division,
Sonic IT has been working to migrate the legacy Aurora servers from the Switch Data Center in Las Vegas to the ProPath Dallas Data Center. All resources will be unavailable during this window - this includes all servers, data, backups, Citrix, and networks. This outage will affect everything that communicates with servers at the data center. The entire division will be affected during this time.

Outage window: Saturday 4/29 8:00 AM CST - Sunday 4/30 8:00 PM CST
(Saturday 04/29 6:00 AM PST – Sunday 04/30 6:00PM PST)

The IT team expects that this scheduled outage won't take the entire window, but it is possible that it will take the entire time if there are unexpected issues.

While many labs have local servers it is still expected their functionality to be limited given reliance on resources & servers hosted in the data center. Please expect a full outage during this window.
